Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in IT or technology sales.
• Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Ability to handle objections and identify client needs effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Prior experience in the IT/software industry is required.
